Private 1:1 Programs

Tailored to Individuals looking to Unlock their Full Potential through Smart Training and Real Accountability.

In-Person

Our sessions range from 1-4 times a week and  include  personalized training plans, professional coaching, and much more . You can choose to set up a recurring payment or pay in full for our personal training services, which also integrate nutrition tracking to support your fitness goals.

Online

A recurring payment for personalized training plans or paid in full, including options for nutrition tracking, personal training, professional coaching, and sport training.

Olympic Weightlifting

Clean and Jerk and Snatch Progressions are essential components of effective sport training. To enhance your performance, consider integrating a personalized training plan that focus on these techniques.  By working with a professional coach, you can receive tailored advice and personal training that aligns with your specific goals.


High Jump Programs

Tailored to Individuals competing in Jumps, Track and Field Made to improve both physical performance and confidence within their respective sport.

Private 1:1

Engaging in 1:1 coaching two to three times a week, with personalized training plans and professional coaching all while incorporating weightlifting and sport specific techniques can greatly boost your athletic career. 

Group

Two to three times a week, focusing on incorporating personalized training plans and tailored approaches,. With the guidance of professional coaching, a group setting is great for athletes to come together and strive to a greater goal. All while  each training session effectively target specific sports goals.

Clinics*

Join us two to three times a week for a season. Our professional coaching joins you side by side within your respective season. Giving the athlete an extra boost of weightlifting and technique specific training sessions . Contact for specific dates.
