Private 1:1 Programs

Tailored to Individuals looking to Unlock their Fitness Potential through Smart Training and Real Accountability.

In-Person

$45-70/Session

Sessions range from 1-4 times a week and  include  personalized training plans, professional coaching, and much more . You'll  also integrate nutrition tracking to support your fitness goals and real accountability.

Online

$40/Week

A recurring payment for personalized training plans or paid in full, including options for nutrition tracking, personal training, and professional coaching.

Group Classes

$15/Session

Classes twice a week. Each Class includes a great workout, educational documents, and community atmosphere that leads to results. Cheaper Cost, Big Benefits.

Olympic Weightlifting

$50-60/Session

Clean and Jerk and Snatch Progressions are essential components of effective sport training. To enhance your performance, consider integrating a personalized training plan that focus on these techniques.  By working with a professional coach, you can receive tailored advice and personal training that aligns with your specific goals.


High Jump Programs

Tailored to Individuals competing in Track and Field. Made to improve both physical performance and confidence within the sport of High Jump.

Group

$50-65/Session

One - Two times a week, focusing on incorporating personalized training plans and tailored approaches,. With the guidance of professional coaching, a group setting is great for athletes to come together and strive to a greater goal. All while  each training session effectively target specific sports goals.
